Welcome to the Murphy Law Group

Murphy Law Group is a law firm that specializes in the representation of management in employment-related disputes.  Its principal owner, Elizabeth H. Murphy, has been practicing law in California since 1994.  She gained her experience at a large legal defense firm, made partner in 2003, and left to create her own practice, Murphy Law Group, in 2009.  Since then, three attorneys have joined the firm – Archana Acharya, Sue Mercer, and Jason Brown.  Because of the wide range of experience the attorneys have brought to the firm, MLG can offer clients both "big-firm" training and expertise along with personalized service at reasonable rates.

Murphy Law Group provides pre-litigation advice and counsel aimed at preventing or reducing liability exposure,  and in matters that escalate to litigation, fierce but reasoned defense.
