Archana Acharya is an Associate at Murphy Law Group and joined the firm in 2010. She received her J.D. in 2010 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she received an Honorable Mention for her Moot Court Brief and served as an Articles Editor and Treasurer for the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Journal. Ms. Acharya received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2007. Before working for Murphy Law Group, Archana worked for the labor union, Orange County Employees Association.
Since joining Murphy Law Group, Archana has worked on a wide range of litigation matters including wage and hour class action and single-plaintiff cases. She has also advised corporate clients on a variety of employment issues. Archana continues to be instrumental in assisting the Firm with its growing opportunities and challenges including the expansion of MLG's educational programs. She is also a member of the California State Bar, Labor and Employment Group, and participates in various community activities.
